Patrick McCarthy Nature, specializes in Nature and Landscape Photography. Patrick believes that we all need to do much more to help protect our natural resources, Through Environmental Conservation.
Originally from upstate N.Y., I am a graduate of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. I have been working as a fashion & lifestyle photographer based in N.Y.C for the past fifteen years. My extensive list of magazine & catalogue clients includes, Self magazine, Fitness, Tatler, Vanity Fair, In Style, Marie Clare, Oprah, More, Essence, Redbook, Shape, Brides, Macys.com, (Bed, Bath, & Beyond) & Belk. Just to name a few. I decided around four years ago to expand my horizons, and take a closer look at the natural world. It's been the time of my life, and I plan on continuing this project indefinitely. I have been working on my Landscape & Nature series for almost four years now. Titled " Water, Roots, Rocks, & Things". I am constantly fascinated by nature, and have become obsessed with trying to capture it's illusive mystery, and its powerful magic. I see nature & the land differently now. My perspective has been altered by my life experience. I feel as though my eyes are wide open, & I am very eager to step forward.
