Douglas Ploughman
As a self-taught artist whose studio is next to the Rocky Mountains in Fort Collins, Colorado, Douglas enjoys working with oil. A military veteran who served 13 years in the U.S. Navy as an Engineer/Firefighter and 4 years in the Army as a Stinger Missile Crew Chief.
After painting his originals for family and friends for 10 years, Douglas has decided to share his work with other art enthusiasts. A father and new grandfather -- Douglas credits his daughters Brianne and Adrienne and his new grandson Ryland for the motivation and inspiration when composing his oils on canvas.
1% of the profits from my work goes to support International League of Conservation Photographers.
