Artist Statement

I have 20 years of photographic experience, beginning with a home darkroom and old Ricoh KR5 Super 35 mm camera. While my primary business is environmental family portraiture, my love is landscapes. I am particularly fond of landscapes in which the hand of humanity is largely absent. I like to imagine the world as it was before we carved our collective initials into its trunk, so to speak.

5% of the profits from my work goes to support The Nature Conservancy.
