Artist Statement

warrendiggles-portrait.jpg My photography career started as a photo lab technician working with my father over 20 years ago. I have always been drawn to nature photography, especially landscapes of Colorado. The imagery in this Colorado photography collection include drum scans from traditional transparencies and Canon professional digital camera captures.

A highlight to this collection are the panoramas and vertoramas. Using an architectural tilt/shift lens is ideal for creating these oversized photos. Three separate captures are taken with the tilt/shift lens then stitched together seamlessly using Adobe Photoshop. By using an architectural tilt/shift lens there is no image distortion that is commonly found with other panoramic techniques.

Currently with over twenty years in the photography business I operate a local commercial studio providing Architectural, Product, and People photos plus Web Design and Marketing services. You can visit my personal business website here: http://www.warrendiggles.com/

10% of the profits from my work goes to support International League of Conservation Photographers.
