Artist Statement

Nancy Lee Moran maintains a constant reservation list, with her art found in nine states. In 1994, she had a solo art show at the Nebraska Governor's Mansion. The Omaha Symphony ASID Designers Showhouse displayed her portraits in 1998, 1999, and 2000. Ducks Unlimited requested art of country children (not ducks!) to make limited edition regional prints in 1998 and 2000. Nancy attended the 2001 National Convention of American Society of Portrait Artists at the Metropolitan Art Museum in New York City. Originally a registered nurse, Nancy hopes the compassion of that healing profession is expressed in her art.
